Great - but...

Seems like a great product, but the sheath that comes with it is a bit to long. It holds the baton very nicely, but does not leave enough sticking out to get a full hand on the baton. This means you have to draw it and then get a grip before snapping it out. High Speed gear makes a nice Extended Pistol Taco Molle that works properly with this baton.

The 24” is the right size. Very sturdy , high quality. The engraving was an added bonus looks great. An awesome deterrent.

The 24" was exactly what I was looking for! The 16" I previously had owned just wasn't enough, not enough weight to it or length now I feel like I could really defend myself with the 24" if put in a bad situation.

I'm happy with the 24" baton. I liked the optional free engraving. Looks good. I was a little nervous about it being difficult to close, but it closed without much effort on the first time. I also have the 16" baton as well. They both have their own advantage. The 16" is easier to carry and lighter to swing. The 24" takes more muscle to swing but has the advantage of creating more distance between an attacker. The 24" definitely carries a much heavier wallop. Probably wouldn't need too many swings with it. I'm glad that I didn't get a longer baton. It is definitely personal interest and physical strength, as to which is the best length to purchase. Both batons are mechanically sound and the price is good. The 24" fits good in the car glove department, and I carry the 16" in a shoulder pack with my Glock48.

I am impressed with this baton. It has some weight to it but will be effective for sure. Would recommend.
