NEX Walker Aluminum Batons:

The Nex Walker series batons are constructed using a strong but lightweight aluminum handle with two enhanced steel extendable shafts that lock firmly into place when deployed. These are equipped with a removable clip that can connect to the baton handle in 10 different positions. Nex Walker batons are ideal for undercover use or anytime concealment is a must. These batons feature a built-in ceramic emergency glass breaker on the tip. Easily closes by depressing the button on the end of the handle and pushing the tip inwards with you hand.

20” is the best option. Great for concealed carriers.

I’m a firearms instructor but also practice most every day with expandable batons. I find the 16” the minimum acceptable. 22” & above is too long, given that it may need to be used in confined spaces. Best is 18” to 20”. The Nex 16” & 20” Walkers are great quality and in perfect configuration (light, narrow, with a sturdy carry clip) for concealed carry. OC should be your first lesson than lethal option. I’ve used OC a number of times (retired LEO) & it works great. However, you can’t always use it (high winds for instance), so a baton is a back up. I recommend you get training (try Security Officer businesses). That will double your effectiveness & help you decide when baton use is advised & even legal.

Nex 20" Walker Baton

I have owned all three sizes of the Nex walker, concealable batons, and they are excellent quality in my opinion and I would buy more.
I'm probably gonna order the 12 inch next month.

20" NEX Walker Aluminum Baton

Seems very solid and functions very well. I can't say for sure until I use it on a perp and see how it functions during and after. I have a 50cm ASP agent and this NEX baton seems just as good.
