Monadnock Expandable PR-24 Baton w/Thumbull Stop Handle

I am a security officer for 18 years, and some of those years i had carried a regular modernized collapsible baton. I had stopped carrying that one for the PR24 style and loved it ever since. One night during an altercation, the baton saved my life against a subject armed with a baseball bat and it deflected the weapon aimed to my head. Since then i carried the affixed style PR24 style baton. I decided to upgrade to this collapsible style and I love it! The aggressive grip on the primary handle makes a huge difference and how easy it deploys with a flick of the wrist. I also like how the side handle and end cap can be changed out due to damage or customization. GREAT PRODUCT!

I Really like this baton. This is my third one. The other 2 broke. I would like to be able to get the sliding baton part for them. They both snapped where there was a little bubble in the middle of the slide.

My father carried this model on patrol as a police officer. I work armed security and I did not like the absence of the side handle with the expandable baton I was provided with. Once cleared, I obtained this baton and I am very please with it.

I practice Filipino martial arts and used to use an older model of the expandable PR24 while training. This one feels a lot better compared to the one I previously used.
Did some light sparring and this PR24 holds up very well and feels really good.
I would definitely recommend this product.

This Baton is amazing. I have always wanted a Pr24 and to have it as an expandable version made it even sweeter. This product is solid and the price was great.
