My 1st encounter with a sap stick was in the 70s while visiting my grandparents. My grandfather had it on a shelf near his front door. A thin piece of leather with the brass sewed in at the end in half circle. As a child I loved that equalizer. Great quality and workmanship. I was hoping for a belt clip since it is so long in length. Beyond that it is great.
