All Boston Leather saps are constructed of durable, heavy gauge leather that encases a molded lead weight. Even with all of this power behind it this sap may still surprise you with the force that can be put out with a snap of the wrist as the spring steel in the handle adds power to the swing like a whip. Great product

I got the Boston leather sapp. Very happy with the quality and fast shipping. The sapp looks like it’s well made. Great stitching and good weight and length. I would recommend and I would purchase again. Highly recommend.

Form and Function BUT not the secure Fit

Love the size and weight of this Boston Sap. As a large male, it provides the perfect weight and length. Unfortunately, it doesn’t have an adjustable Hand strap to allow a secure fit to my hand. Leaves the Sap vulnerable to easily being drop during an altercation.

I find it well made. I intend to carry it when a firearm is not allowed. It WILL stop someone cold. Buy with confidence.

Evolved Sap Stick

My 1st encounter with a sap stick was in the 70s while visiting my grandparents. My grandfather had it on a shelf near his front door. A thin piece of leather with the brass sewed in at the end in half circle. As a child I loved that equalizer. Approximately 50 years later, today, I looked online for such a tool while cruising down memory lane. I found your company and line of sap sticks!!! It blew my mind that you made these bad boys!!! I immediately ordered the largest available which arrived quickly!!! The 4ply Texan Sap is not only beautifully crafted, it's heavy duty ,will probably last me a lifetime and will stop any scum of the earth up to no good in my airspace!!! Top of the line product ,also a cool gift for the working class women and men who don't want trouble but are ready to defend themselves if necessary!!!
