Wrist Strap Cap for Friction Lock ASP Batons:

The ASP Wrist Strap Cap for ASP Friction lock batons is designed to aid retention of the baton. It is a Cap which attaches to the baton bottom, but also includes a cord to make baton control easier.

The ASP Baton cap cord is adjustable and braided. It works well with ASP Brand Friction Loc Expandable Batons. Constructed of chrome plated aluminum.

Plastic?

Ordered the 21” baton and it seems very sturdy. As others have mentioned it will take a while to break in. Very disappointed in the end cap. It is plastic. I ordered the lanyard cap and for some reason it has a chrome finish and is not black and it is also plastic. The price point for the baton demands a metal end cap and the price point for the lanyard cap also demands that it should be constructed of metal.
