I bought a Hindi Baton Cap for my new Autolock baton and it shipped and was received very quickly. My own stupidity allowed me to ignore the clearly stated installation instructions which resulted in my not being able to install the new cap. I sent an e-mail to The Baton Warehouse's customer service folks asking for a procedure to undue my ignorance and received two processes in less than 24 hours. The first process worked and I was able to install the cap. For someone who is all about quality, I have found these people to be way, way above the rest.

As for the cap itself, it truly does allow a better retention of the baton. It's worth the money.
